Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV)
Each LPG Bulk trucks on our roads are potential hazards with ultimate risk. Unique terrain & high population density of Kerala escalates this risk by increasing probability & severity respectively in case of a mishap. That is how LPG bulk Road accidents ends up in catastrophe as in Chala Disaster if not handled swiftly. Most effective way of handling an LPG bulk accident scenario is to transfer the material to another empty truck. Emergency Response Vehicle(ERV) is such a vehicle primarily made for transferring LPG from one tanker to another in case of an emergency.

To achieve the above function ERV is equipped with LPG transfer Pump with a capacity of 250 LPM. The hoses used for LPG transfer are high pressure hoses with smart couplings at both ends(Having EFCV). Apart from this ERV Is also having numerous provisions which make the risky operation flawless.
Hydraulic Pump for fire fighting- Pump can be used for cooling operations if water tankers are available.
Water Tank of 1000 liters capacity
POL Pump for HSD/MS/Kerosene
5 KVA Generator with Telescopic FLP Lights
FLP Exhaust
61 numbers of tools, tackles & equipments for emergency handling including Winches(Both Battery operated & Manual)
Personal Protection Equipments & suits
Self Contained Breathing Apparatus & DCP Extinguishers.

By having ERV’s in Cochin & Quilon BP’s enable us in responding LPG emergencies without time delay & be self reliant in handling such cases.
