Kerala Gramin Bank Opened ‘Connect KGB’ Call Centre

The technological advancement of Kerala Gramin Bank which is competent to any other public sector banks and their efforts to maintain good customer relations are appreciable, said S.M.N Swamy, Regional director, RBI, Kerala and Lakshadweep, on inaugurating the ‘Connect KGB’ call centre near Ernakulum regional office.
Commenting on the occasion, Nagesh G Vaidya, chairman, KGB, said that KGB is the second Regional Rural Bank in India to start call centers in India. In the beginning the call centre will be working from 8 am to 8 pm. According to the response getting from customers the service will be extended to 24 hours. Having 81 lakh customers KGB has 631 branches in Kerala. C. Krishnamoorthy, General Manager, P.Satheesh, Regional Manager, Ernakulum, customers K.S. Krishnakumar, Dinesh Prabhu and Adv.
