THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Aiming at providing vital information for the growth of startups, the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) has decided to set up Startup Facilitation Centres (SFC) in Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode initially, and it will be later on expanded to other areas.

The SFCs will offer services to startups in the areas like startup registration, funding advisory, marketing, legal advisory, statutory compliances and HR services. In this regard, the KSUM has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) for empanelment from reputed agencies for providing services under the SFCs.

The empanelment will remain valid for a period of one to two years from the date of signing of the agreement. KSUM, the nodal agency of the Kerala government for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state, may decide to extend empanelment for another one year on the basis of performance of the agencies.

The agency should have a minimum of two years’ experience of expertise in providing facilitation service support to companies. Agencies, which are having expertise in one or more than one areas, can apply for the EoI. Pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3 at 3pm at KSUM, Technopark Campus, Thiruvananthapuram. The agencies fulfilling the eligibility criteria can submit their application through the e-procurement portal https://startupmission.kerala.gov.in/tender.

Applications submitted only through the e-procurement portal on or before December 10 up to 3pm will be considered for evaluation. The EoI would be opened on December 12 at 11am. Only registered entities need to apply and individuals are not allowed.
