Artificial Intelligence (AI) Workshop Concluded at Technopark

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
As part of Freedom Fest 2023, the technical forum of IT professionals, Prathidhwani, organized an AI workshop at Technopark. The workshop aimed to introduce participants to various techniques in the field of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning.

The event took place on July 29, Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Travancore Hall, Technopark, under the guidance of Usha Rengaraju, Chief of Research at Exa Protocol. The workshop is inaugurated by Anvar Sadath (CEO, KITE) and he explained the programs happening in Knowledge Fest 2023.

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance the technical capabilities of IT professionals in the AI domain and encourage them to embark on more innovative projects. It was conducted as part of the 110th edition of the Technical Training series at Technopark, providing valuable insights into the possibilities and benefits of AI, empowering participants to work more effectively in this field. Xilligence Technologies sponsored the entire training program, making it completely free for all participants.

The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from 131 IT professionals representing 70 different companies in Technopark. Bibin Vasudevan welcomed the attendees, and Rahul Chandran given tha vot of thanks on their active involvement. Anish Salim presented a token of appreciation to speaker for their efforts.

The AI workshop organized during Freedom Fest 2023 in Technopark has proven to be a remarkable opportunity for IT professionals to enrich their knowledge and skills in various AI technologies.

The Freedom Fest- 2023 is a festival of Knowledge, Technology, and Innovation envisioned as a grand-scale event that unites advocates of equal access to knowledge. Scheduled to take place in Thiruvananthapuram in August 2023, the event is driven by the initiative of the Government of Kerala and will be coordinated by the Democratic Alliance for Knowledge Freedom, a prominent organization working in the realm of knowledge freedom, along with KITE, K-DISC, Prarhidhwani and various other governmental, quasi-governmental, and academic institution

The event will encompass a diverse range of activities, including conferences, seminars, workshops, talks, innovation challenges, exhibitions, ideation sessions, gatherings of field activists and experts, competitions, experience shops, campaigns, and cultural sessions. Additionally, the event will also include programs focused on raising awareness against superstitions and unscientific beliefs.

The Freedom Fest for Knowledge, Innovation, and Technology aims to foster a culture of openness, inclusivity, and progress in Kerala’s journey towards becoming a knowledge society.
