Aster Medcity Conducts Wheelathon on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

KOCHI:
On marking the International day of persons with disabilities, Aster Medcity, Kochi conducted a wheelathon to promote the inclusivity of differently-abled persons. The event held in the hospital premises witnessed inpatients and patients who were well rehabilitated from the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) Department, Aster Medcity participating in the event.

Dr. Anup R Warrier, Consultant – Infectious Diseases flagged off the event, starting from the Eastern block of the hospital through the main reception area, with patients in wheelchairs. Almost 15 patients participated in the event along with their relatives and staff from the department.
