KOCHI:
Aster Medcity marked National Nutrition Week from September 1st to 7th, 2024, with the theme “A Nutritious Diet for Everyone. ” The week was filled with exciting and educational activities aimed at promoting healthy eating habits among the community.
Various competitions were organized for Aster employees, including a Reel Competition, Painting Competition, quiz, a unique Food Sculpture event where participants crafted artistic creations using edible fruits and vegetables and an awareness session on healthy eating at the pediatric ward was also done. There were fun games engaged both the public and Aster employees. Prizes were awarded to the winners of each competition.
The hospital also conducted a talk on promoting healthy eating at St. Albert’s College, Kochi.
