KOCHI:
AyataCommerce, a leading digital service company based in the UK, opens a new office in Infopark Kochi. The new office in Trans Asia Cyber Park, Infopark Phase 2 brings exciting opportunities, to both offline and online talented employees. Since 2016, AyataCommerce has been offering its services to many retail brands. It has helped businesses to solve the challenges of engaging and transacting with customers and has addressed internal operations with teams of people around the globe.

AyataCommerce plans to recruit 100 programmers in the Infopark office, especially in technologies based on JAVA, Angular, and React native domain by June 2022.

It is an organisation which effectively implemented remote working, even before the pandemic started, which offers flexible working options based on the employee’s preference. “Remote working has proven beneficial to almost all our employees. Be it the stress of a daily commute, the expense incurred, or the duration of working hours, the option to work on your terms has only resulted in a happier, healthier, and motivated workforce. We go by our philosophy, people over process and ensure that our employees have an enhanced work-life balance,” says Shine Mathew, Founder CEO, AyataCommerce.

“Kochi offers a vast pool of home-grown talent clubbed with the massive technology ecosystem in the form of its Special Economic Zone (SEZ). We believe that the measures taken towards sustainability and employee well-being by the Government and the city align well with our core organisational values. The new office located in SEZ will catalyse Kochi’s aspirations to become the ‘Next Generation technology hub of India’ and help us create and scale future-ready knowledge workers,” says Stanley Joseph, Chief Technology Officer, Ayata Commerce.

As part of the organisation’s vision to offer more openings to candidates with a unique flair in Kerala, AyataCommerce plans to open up satellite offices in Trivandrum and Kozhikode shortly. Plans are to recruit 200 more programmers and 100 process executives in the next two years. Plans are in progress to open new offices in Chennai, Gurgaon, and Pune in the near future. Although AyataCommerce supports remote working, it provides options to the employees to work in an office environment.

AyataCommerce will also be setting up a Learning and Development department in Kochi, to cater to the digital scarcity of the right candidates in the JAVA programming domain. The deserving candidates would be recruited to the organisation with exciting opportunities to learn and grow with the organisation.
