Multimedia and digital storytelling leader Eunoians Studio under Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) won three awards at the Animators Guild India Fest 2024 for its animation in the Mammootty-starrer Bramayugam made in black-and-white.
The decade-old company won the awards in the categories of Best Motion Design in film, Best Art Direction/Animated Product Design and Innovative Technical Contribution to an Animated Project.
Eunoians Co-founder Azeem Kattali said the AGIF Awards were a testament to the creative and technological excellence of the company, which evolved from producing explainer videos to specializing in diverse digital expressions.
“The secret behind this award is our team’s determination to push the boundaries of animation,” Kattali said, thanking producer Night Shift Studios and director Rahul Sadasivan of Bramayugam, which was released worldwide in February 15 this year.
With its screenplay by writer T.D. Ramakrishnan, Bramayugam won critical acclaim and impressive box-office collection.
Over the past decade, Eunoians has become the leading animation studio in Kerala, emerging as an active presence in various fields such as cinema, advertising and digital media. Over the years, its forte has also been animated ads for high-end marketing campaigns, movie title sequences, brand promotional content and VFX for films. On November 1, 2024, Eunoians moved to a larger office space, marking a new chapter in their journey as they continue to expand their creative and operational capabilities.
KSUM is a 2006-established nodal agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation activities in the state.
