KOCHI: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy filed a criminal suit against Solar scam fraudster Saritha Nair and four media persons at CJM court in Ernakulam alleging defamation and criminal conspiracy.
The media persons are M G Radhakrishnan ( Editor, Asianet News), Vinu V John ( Co-ordinating Editor, Asianet News), Manoj Varma ( Deputy Editor, Kairali People) and K Rajendran ( Senior News Editor, Kairali People).
Asianet News and Kairali People had telecast the letter puportedly written by Saritha Nair, in which she alleged that Kerala CM had sexually harassed her.
Oommen Chandy’s petition alleged that it was a conspiracy to defame him by raising baseless allegations at the time of the Assembly elections
