Credai Kerala State Conference in Kochi on Aug 12th and 13th

The State Conference of CREDAI Kerala, state unit of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) – CREDAI Kerala Statecon will be held at Chackolas Pavilion Event Centre, Kalamasserry on August 12 and 13.

Kochi Mayor M Anilkumar will inaugurate the conference at 10.30am. Anarock Group Chairman Anuj Puri will be the chief guest. CREDAI Kerala Chairman MA Mehaboob, Conference Chairman M V Antony, Secretary General John Thomas will participate. 

This Statecon 2022, the 6 th edition, is designed to educate and spread awareness amongst the developer fraternity on the topics relevant to the industry. It will be one of the biggest construction industry gathering in Kerala with nearly 400 delegates – the owners, CEOs, Directors of various builders and construction companies, architects, consultants (structural, MEP, HVAC) participating. Reputed companies and financial institutions are sponsors of the event.
Technical sessions will start at 9.30 am on the second day. In the session to be held at 11.30am, Industries Minister P. Rajeev, Manoj Joshi, IAS., Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, CREDAI National President Elect Boman Irani, CREDAI National South Regional Vice President Ram Reddy, KSIDC Managing Director M G Rajamanickam IAS and Industry & NORKA Principal Secretary Suman Billa IAS will be present.

CREDAI Kerala Convener General and Awake Trivandrum President Raghuchandran Nair, Secretary R. Anil Kumar and CEO Ranjith Ramanujam will
also participate.

CREDAI will release a report made in association with Anarock Group, comparing the developments of our neighbouring States and Kerala. The report indicates the various policies implemented by other States which led to their massive development. Industries minister P Rajeev will release the report on August 13. The report will also suggest the developmental activities to be carried out in Kerala for the next five years.
