Cusat- CAT 2018 B. Tech Results Announced

KOCHI:
The results of the Common Admission Test held during April- May for admission to B. Tech and Integrated M.Sc. (Photonics) courses conducted by the Cochin University of Science and Technology, has been announced.
Amal Mathew S/o Mathew Joseph, Pullenkunnel House, Kuruppumthara,Manjoor, Kottayam secured the first rank while Sahil Sankar, S/o. Byju V “Aswathy”, Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram secured the 2 nd rank and Abhirami Elizabath Prathap, D/o N P Prathap Kumar, “Abhirami”, Mavilaparambu, Kozhikode secured 3 rd rank. Midhun V Jai S/o.Vijayan, Ittithara House, Vaikom secured Ist rank from the SC/ST category.
Eligible candidates can register their options and Plus Two marks from 6 th June afternoon onwards. The rank list and other details are available in the University website www.cusat.nic.in. the test was held in 133 centers all over the country and in Dubai. Out of 17237 candidates 11645 candidates were qualified for admission.
The results of the entrance test for M.Sc. (Computer Science), MCA (Lateral Entry) and B. Tech (Lateral Entry) are published in the University website and the results of the entrance test for Integrated M.Sc, MA (Applied Economics) and MA (Hindi) will be published on 6 th June, informed IRAA Director.
