    Communicative English Course; Seat vacancy
    A few seats are vacant for the Short term Communicative English course (8 AM-10 AM) conducted by the Department of English and Foreign Languages, Cusat. Course is re-scheduled to commence on 22 nd November. Qualification needed is pass in Pre- Degree/Plus Two. Course fee Rs. 7000/-.     Series of Oration at Cusat Library
    The University Library, Cusat will organize a Series of Oration and training programme on various topics as part of Library Week Celebration at 10 AM on 16 th and 18 th November at Library Seminar Hall. The talk on 16 th November will be led by Dr.K. Mohan Kumar, Professor and Scientist on ‘Academic Writing and Research Reporting’ and Dr. Judy Nair, Associate Professor, Cusat will lead a talk on ‘TATA Science and Management’ on 18 th November. Those research scholars who are interested to participate may contact University Library(0484- 2575715/2862120) or send email to ul@cusat.ac.in.

    One Day Attachment Programme at C-SiS
    One day attachment programme for govt/aided school students (class 5 to 12) and teachers will be organized by Centre for Science in Society, CUSAT from 27 th November. Interested schools may book convenient dates by paying Rs. 1000 as advance. Admission on first come first serve basis and opportunity is only for 100 schools. The selected govt./aided schools will get the travel expense up to Rs. 55000 along with 50 percent C-SiS admission fee. Lecture-cum demonstration, Science experiment, science laboratory visit, field trip, computer awareness programme etc will be conducted as part of the attachment programme. The programme mainly aims to acquaint with various science principles and experimental set up, through interactive study materials.
