Students of CUSAT planted mangroves at a Community Initiative Programme jointly organized by the NSS Unit 09 and Department of Chemical Oceanography, Cochin University of Science and Technology in association with Njarakkal Grama Panchayat, Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) and Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI).
