‘Digital Health Connect’ Summit Discusses Future and Opportunities in Digital Healthcare Sector

NATHEALTH – Healthcare Federation of India, in collaboration with Arthur D. Little India, Infopark, and Technopark, organized the ‘Digital Health Connect’ summit, a two-day Southern Region Roadshow exploring the immense potential of digital health in India. The summit was held at Infopark Kochi and Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. Veterans and industry leaders from India and abroad converged on the future of the digital healthcare sector in India and the upcoming opportunities for digital service providers, aiming at the faster adoption of digitization in the industry.

The session held on the first day at Infopark discussed the topic of “Potential Opportunities for Digital Players – Use Cases and Future Pathways & Strategies.” Apollo ADLUX Hospitals CEO Sudarshan Bhamare, Aster DM Healthcare Service Excellence Cluster Head Vaishak Seetharam, Swasth Alliance CEO Dr. Ajay Nair, and Philips Healthcare India Director Brajesh Kumar Singh gave keynote presentations. This was followed by sessions featuring Call Health Pvt Ltd Founder and CEO Hari Thalapalli, Guardian Angel Homecare Founder & MD Tom George, ADL Principal Fabian Sempf, Axis Bank, Mid Corporate Team Vice President Dennis Johnson, Lal Path Labs Sub Zonal Head of Lab Operations Dr. Saranya Mohan, and Athulya Senior Care Regional Manager Shreeraj Nair. These sessions set the stage for further discussions delving deeper into strategies, technologies, and challenges related to ABDM integration, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and ABDM adoption, among others.

The event held at Technopark on the second day covered opportunities for companies in the field of digital health, key cases to watch out for, future prospects for digital service providers, and digital transformation. Discussions were also held on shaping the future of healthcare. Apollo ADLUX Hospitals CEO Sudarshan Bhamare, Philips Healthcare India Director Brajesh Kumar Singh, and ADL Managing Partner Barnik Maitra conversed at the event. In the following session, Axis Bank Commercial Banking Team Vice President VK Vishnu and Lal Path Labs Operations Sub Zonal Head Dr. Saranya Mohan answered questions. ADL Private Limited Manager Gaurav Sharma summarised the event.

Siddhartha Bhattacharya, Secretary General, NATHEALTH, presided over the sessions and set the overall context of the summit. Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil and Technopark CEO Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd) delivered the welcome address at the respective IT Parks. NATHEALTH South Chapter Regional Lead Dr. Pushpa Prasad gave the vote of thanks.
