Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is celebrating the season with a range of succulent dumplings at the Thai Soul restaurant of the hotel. Guest Chef Zhang Ya Jun has curated a special menu with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for the dim sum feast. Some of the popular dishes include Deep fried chicken dumpling, Beef and green capsicum dumpling, BBQ chicken bao buns, Chicken sui mai, Mushroom sweet corn dumpling and Crystal dumpling to name a few.
