Ethical Business Administration Should be the Hallmark of Rajagirians: Justice Devan Ramachandran

Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri School of Management welcomed the new batch of 400 Management Post Graduate Students to the programmes of PGDM, MBA and MA-HRM through the Deeksharambham inaugurated by Dr. Saji Gopinath, Vice Chancellor, Kerala University of Digital Science, Innovation and Technology and Vice Chancellor – in – charge, APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Ajit Menon, CEO – PGIM India Mutual Fund Pvt. Ltd. was the guest of honour from the industry.

Justice Devan Ramachandran, Kerala High Court was the Chief Guest for the special Induction and Orientation programme held in the evening. Through his powerful words and from his vast experience, he emphasized the importance of Ethics in Business. In today’s popularly followed activities of profit making, youngsters should take different routes of aligning each of the business activities with responsibility and accountability.

As future managers, people managers can make a difference by knowing the duties, getting exposed to quality and by being a proponent of positivity using the power of the mind. Each one of us should dream to make this nation proud. Try to better our character each day because that defines our destiny. Ethics is not something that should be visible in business transactions and disciplines like law alone.

It has to be the signature of each and every activity of ours in all sphere of life, more seriously these days amidst the rush for money and power. During the interaction time, Justice wholeheartedly encouraged and promised all his support for the students who presented ethical and innovative business solutions for several daunting problems, like waste management in the city.
