Federal Bank, as part of its commitment to social responsibility has announced two skill development courses, one is ‘Financial Accounting & Tally Prime’, aimed at offering employment-oriented skill development course for young girl students from Idukki district of Kerala and the other is “Geriatric Care Assistance”, a compassionate initiative aimed at fostering the skills of individuals (both boys and girls) interested in providing geriatric care assistance.
Financial Accounting program includes free food and accommodation during the training period, which spans 3.5 months. This unique opportunity is exclusively available to young women aged 20 to 30, hailing from families with an annual income of less than Rs. 5 Lakh. Eligible candidates should possess educational qualifications such as BBA, B.Com, or M.Com. The skill development course will take place in Ernakulam. Participants can look forward to a curriculum that not only imparts valuable financial accounting and Tally Prime skills but also includes employability training.
Geriatric Care Assistance course spans a period of 4 months and is open to eligible individuals with a family annual income of less than Rs. 5 lakh and an age range of 20 to 40. Participants can look forward to comprehensive training that equips them with the knowledge and skills required to provide essential care to elderly individuals.
