KOZHIKODE:
Geberit India has launched a promotional campaign to encourage consumers to buy products from authorized dealers. With growing awareness and quality consciousness, consumers are looking for premium brands while building or renovating their homes. As bathroom design and creation is an expensive exercise, it is advisable that consumers buy verified products from authorized dealers.
During a recent visit to Kerala, Michael Allenspach, Head of Engineering, Geberit India, observed: “The Kerala market is highly evolved. People spend for quality and brand. In fact people spend in lakhs per bathroom while doing up their homes. This is because the bathroom is an essential part of the home and if anything goes wrong, is creates a lot of problems for the household. So we recommend consumers buy verified products from authorized dealers to ensure that there is no problem at time of installation. Also in the case of flushing systems, which are technical in nature, authorized dealers provide trained plumbers and product warranty.”
Geberit is promoting the purchase of its products from authorized dealers as flushing and other bathroom systems that are technical in nature will be in use for a long period of time. Moreover products sold via authorized dealers are designed for the Indian market and sold with warranty plus access to after sales service.
Abubaker Koya, Managing Director, Geberit India, said, “Geberit has a long standing tradition of quality and reliability across the world. We have launched this awareness campaign to safeguard the interests of our consumers.”
Through this campaign, Geberit urges its consumers to purchase Geberit products through the company’s authorized dealers across India and get the warranty cards at the dealers’ outlets at the time of purchase.
