KOCHI:
The Goethe-Zentrum Trivandrum along with Kochi Biennale Foundation, will be organising a music concert at URU in Mattanchery by the German band “Soyza’s Groove” on Sunday, the 15th of October at 6.45 pm.
The band comprises renowned musicians from the Nuremberg Music Academy including David Soyza (Vocals), Lukas Grossmann (Keyboards), Moritz Graf (Bass) and Johannes Koch (Drums) who have been making news in the current German Jazz and Rock scene.
They unite the different styles of groove music which contains interpretations between well known Rock, Pop, Motown Funk and Soul Tunes. The Band is in Kerala on an invitation from the Honorary Consulate of Germany to perform at the German National Day celebrations in Trivandrum.
The music concert at Uru will be open to the public. Free passes for the concert can be collected from the Goethe-Zentrum opposite to the Lotus Club in Kochi (Tel. 0484 4067333) or from the Biennale office in Fort Kochi.
