THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The Kerala Government will organise a competition in order to select high-level designs for the possible structures in the state-of-the-art Space Park Project, to be set up at Knowledge City, Pallipuram, here.
Wing Cdr (retd) Rakesh Sharma, India’s first space astronaut, will inaugurate the competition, “Design Challenge,” which is to be held on the sidelines of the Kerala Architecture festival, SPACES, being organised by DC Books from August 29 to 31.
The event will be attended by architects and designers from across the country and they will have to submit their designs to Kerala Space Park team on August 31. Designers of the selected creations would be invited for participating in the detailed project design process.
