The workshop was held to sensitise GSIDC staff, work contractors and consultants associated with GSIDC towards making every day domestic and commercial transactions that are cashless.The workshop coveredtopics of transacting online and via mobile phones through the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) application, security measures and the implementation processes. The workshop aims to encourage consultants and contractors to shift over to electronic payments to sub-contractors and labourers using more convenient modes of electronic transfers.
