IEEE Malabar Subsection in association with Government Cyber Park Kozhikode hosted the 12th edition of “Roadmap to success in engineering studies” for higher secondary school students and their parents at Cyberpark.
The programme held at the Sahya Building in the Kozhikode Government Cyberpark was inaugurated by Government Cyberpark General Manager Vivek Nair. The session included topics such as the gains from engineering, exploring different engineering fields, discovering career prospects, and interactions with academia and industry experts.
Dr Sameer S M Professor and Dean of NIT Calicut, Ar Ritesh Ranjan, Assistant Professor Department of Architecture and Planning NIT Calicut, Sahil Sameer, IIM Indore and Ex-Samsung Optum, Opengrad Foundation Founder, Mr Sasi PM KDISC Senior Consultant and Dr Gilesh MP Professor and HoD, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Government Engineering College Wayanad were the speakers at the event. The event was intended for the students and their parents, who are looking for engineering as their higher education option. The primary goal of this programme is to assist engineering aspirants in choosing the right discipline to fulfill their career goals.
