IIBA and UST Global Sign MoU to Promote Digital Business Transformation

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®), the association for business analysis professionals, announces a content partnership with UST Global®, a leading digital technology services company. In a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) focusing on knowledge sharing, IIBA and UST Global will collaborate to drive discussion within the business analysis community, through published content that shares bold ideas on digital transformation including artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), and blockchain.
“Digital is the future of business. We see IIBA as playing an important role in helping right-skill business analysis professionals with the capabilities organizations need to succeed. We can do this by providing learning opportunities and thought leadership content,” said Ashish Mehta, Managing Director, India, APAC & Global Thought Leader at IIBA.
Over the next year, IIBA and UST Global, will publish a collection of content pieces including point of view whitepapers, case studies and webinars on a host of digital opportunities impacting the market. The joint effort between the two organizations will help the business analysis community learn best practices to be successful in the digital world.
Commenting on the MoU signing, Sunil Balakrishnan, Global Head for Development Center Operations, UST Global, said, “Business Analysis professionals are the backbone of any organization. It is of paramount importance that they are aligned to the newer and evolving technology trends. Understanding of the new digital technologies and how they can impact businesses is the need of the hour. We are confident that this MoU will lead us to a stronger collaboration and larger initiatives in the future.”
Digital is evolving and so are numerous technologies around digital that calls for the business analysis community to not only understand them, but also know how to weave such technologies together to solve critical business problems. IIBA encourages these kind of industry collaborations to share best in class practices with real life examples to guide the business analysis community, as well as business leaders at large, on how to optimize digitalization outcomes.
