THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
CV Raman Laboratory of Ecological Informatics at the Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management – Kerala (IIITM-K) will be conducting a workshop on Acoustic Ecology at Nilambur in Malappuram district from February 13 to 15.
The participants at the workshop, titled ‘AVISONA: 2019,’ will be trained on field recording, handling, analysis and the interpretation of acoustic data. The workshop is open to inspired researchers, enthusiasts, and those from all relevant academic streams like engineering, physical, life sciences, ecology and environmental science. Entry to the programme will be for around 25 participants only.
