India’s Largest Playpark, Active Planet, to Open in Kuttiadi Kozhikode.

Active Planet, the first-of-its-kind largest play park for kids in India, has opened its doors in Kuttiadi, Kozhikode. Spanning across a sprawling 10-acre property, Active Planet offers a unique retreat for individuals of all ages, providing a much-needed respite from their busy lives. The park also creates job opportunities for the local community, contributing to the growth and development of the region.

The venture is founded and led by Nizar Abdulla, listed in the Next Generation Leaders by Forbes Middle East in 2018. Active Planet serves as a symbol of the pressing need for ecologically balanced living in today’s world. Situated atop a picturesque hillock, the park boasts an extraordinary 2.5 lakh square feet of lush greenery, featuring over 1000 trees, 2.3 lakh plants and shrubs, 50,000 flowers, and a breathtaking 10,000 square feet of vertical garden.

Active Planet caters to children of all ages, providing them with an array of exciting spaces and activities to enjoy. Designed to actively engage kids aged 5 to 14 years, the park offers numerous fun play activities to ensure an unforgettable experience.

In addition to its remarkable offerings, Active Planet presents an exciting opportunity for visitors to immerse themselves in a fusion of art and culture. In the evenings, particularly on weekends, the park will host captivating art and cultural performances by artists and performers from across the world. This cultural exchange will showcase the talents of renowned artists, providing an enriching experience for visitors. Local artists from Kerala will also have the chance to showcase their skills and benefit from this platform, fostering a vibrant artistic community.

Admission to the park is priced at a reasonable rate, starting at Rs. 300 for a 5-hour session in the morning, and Rs. 400 for the afternoon to night session on weekdays. During weekends, the entry fee will be Rs. 350 for the morning session and Rs. 450 for the post-lunch session. Discounts and free entry are available for differently abled individuals and senior citizens. Entry for children below two years of age is free, allowing them to revel in the joy of interacting with over 40 freestyle play slides.
