Kerala Governor to Inaugurate Regenerative Pain Medicine and Wellness Clinic at Amrita Hospital

Amrita Hospital is set to inaugurate its state-of-the-art Regenerative Pain Medicine and Wellness Clinic today at 11 AM. The event will be graced by the Governor of Kerala, Arif Mohammed Khan, who will officiate the inauguration ceremony.

In addition to the clinic’s inauguration, the Governor will launch the Amrita Annual Review in Palliative Medicine Program, a continuing medical education initiative aimed at improving the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals. He will also inaugurate a support group for pain and palliative care patients.

The ceremony will be presided over by Dr. Prathapan Nair, Senior Medical Administrator of Amrita Hospital, with Dr. Shobha Nair, Professor and Head of Pain and Palliative Medicine, delivering the welcome address. The event will feature a benedictory speech by Swami Anaghamritananda Puri.

Additional distinguished speakers include Dr. K.V. Beena, Additional Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ajoy Menon, Senior Medical Administrator, and Dr. Wesley M. Jose, Professor of Medical Oncology, who will all offer their felicitations at the occasion.
