Medi Assist, a managed healthcare organization and India’s largest Third Party Administrator (TPA), launched their website in Malayalam in a special event at The Gateway, Kochi. The website in their native langu
age is dedicated to the 3.25+ lakh lives whose health insurance policies are administered by Medi Assist in Kerala.
The Malayalam version of the website was launched jointly by senior members of the insurance industry, John Philip, New India Assurance; K Jothinathan, Oriental Insurance; Abhijit Chattopadhyay, National Insurance; and V. Ramachandran, United India Insurance, alongside Dr. Vikram Chhatwal, CEO and Chairman, Medi Assist. With this, the Medi Assist website, www.mediassistindia.com, is available in English and four Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil and Marathi.
The retail health insurance sector is booming and Kerala is a forerunner in the adoption of health insurance as a hedge for rising cost of healthcare.
