THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Minister for Industries, Law and Coir P Rajeeve today released the logo of the Robotics Round Table to be held in Kochi on August 23.
Minister for Local Self Governments M B Rajesh was also present at the logo release held at Rajeeve’s chamber here.
The event is part of a series of domain-focussed sessions planned ahead of the Global Investor Meet to be held in Kochi in January 2025.
Organised by Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), the Round Table on Robotics will showcase Kerala’s capacity to emerge as a global hub in this cutting-edge domain before an entire spectrum of stakeholders, Rajeeve said.
Industry leaders, policy-makers and professionals will attend the event to be held at Grand Hyatt, Bolgatty, Kochi.
The International Conclave on Gen AI held in Kochi last month marked the first in this series of focussed events that seek to position Kerala as a compelling investment destination for a range of enterprises that tap into the state’s prowess in cutting-edge technologies that define Industry 4.0.
The state has attracted investment to the tune of Rs 12,000 crore in the last three years.
The Robotics Round Table is expected to add a further momentum to the ongoing process. Recognizing the transformative potential of robotics and artificial intelligence, the state has already started leveraging it into various sectors like healthcare, agriculture, and industrial automation.
