Neuberg Diagnostics Expands Footprint with the Launch of 10 New Labs

Neuberg Diagnostics, India’s fourth-largest diagnostics lab chain, today announced the launch of 10 diagnostics labs and 100+ touchpoints across Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. This latest expansion is well-aligned with Neuberg’s commitment to improving access to the best-in-class testing facilities and giving a fillip to employment opportunities in the region.

The 10 diagnostic labs are wholly owned by Neuberg while the 100+ touch points are set up in own or franchisee business model. The 10 wholly owned labs are equipped to conduct and process wide variety of tests. Additionally, Neuberg is equipped to conduct futuristic tests such as genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, molecular biology, and digital pathology with advanced systems like NovaSeq6000. 2 of these are also state-of-the-art reference laboratories. Collectively, these 10 laboratories are capable to process about 10,000 samples in a day and deliver results within the given turn around time which differs test to test while maintaining the best-in-class quality.

Additionally, to introduce state-of-the-art technologies in India and other developing countries; and elevate the precision diagnostic landscape in the evolving personalized medicine arena, we have established technology incubation centers in the United States and certain European countries. Over the long-term, our aim is to bring all technologically advanced equipment to India.”

Dr. Amrita Singh, Chief of Lab services, Neuberg Diagnostics, said, “In Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, our focus will be to ensure that we provide the best services to our customers. We believe that diagnostics services should be made available to people in the most convenient manner possible. In this context, we have combined the use of technology and patient care to make our home collection services available to all our patients within the confines and comfort of their homes. In fact, one of our main differentiators in all our markets where we operate is customer centricity and we are aiming to replicate it across the northern markets.”

Out of 10, two reference labs are in Sector-62 in Noida and Lucknow, whereas the other eight labs are in Sector-51 and Sector-48 in Noida, Patparganj and Punjabi Bagh in New Delhi, Sector-14 and Sector-47 in Gurugram, and in Chandigarh and Panchkula.

Currently, Neuberg Diagnostics has 120+ in India and 20+ outside India. It is the only national chain which has three global reference labs viz. Digital Pathology Lab in Bangalore, Genomics Lab in Ahmedabad, and Virology Diagnostics and Research Lab in Durban, South Africa.

It has a total of 18 approved labs for Covid testing in India, alongside the capacity to process 65,000 plus tests per day.
