KOCHI:
A three day Management Development programme on ‘Gamification in learning and development’ has got underway at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Dr. K N Madhusoodhanan, Vice Chancellor inaugurated the programme. He stressed the need to develop innovative
tools and methods in learning and development. Antony Thomas, Director, Kottaram Trading Company, the Chief
Guest of the programme spoke about the importance of having clarity in concepts in today’s era of technology and
advanced learning methodologies.
More than 30 delegates from five states, and belonging to various realms of industry and academia are participating in the programme. Prof. D Mavoothu, Director, School of Management Studies and Dr. Manu Melvin Joy, MDP chairperson also spoke.
