The National Award will be distributed by Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu, Union Minister for Railways. C.C.Joy is one among the two officers selected for the above award in Southern Railway. The award is granted in recognition of the System Improvements carried out by him while working in Thiruvananthapuram Division, Palakkad Division & Salem Division. He has been granted awards earlier at Southern Railway General Manager level for three occasions. He belongs to Thirur of Thrissur District. He is son of C.P.Chakkunny, Cheruvathoor House, Mundoor. Sophy Joy is his spouse. Sweety Naibin and Sherin Alwin daughters.
