KOCHI:
An MoU was signed between the Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology and Hochschule Aalen (Aalen University), Germany to enhance cooperative relations between the institutions to develop academic and cultural interchange in the areas of exchange, teaching, research, transfer and other activities.

This MoU envisages a permanent representation office at RSET as a part of Rajagiri Institute of Future Technologies (RIoFT) an institute meant for developing technologies of the future in collaboration with industries which will host staff and students from both universities that are working on common research and transfer projects. Services to the local industries could be channelled through this representation office to make it self-sustainable MoU will help the students to attend courses, complete a part of masters or doctoral programmes and work on research projects at Aalen University. It will also help them to do their internship as part of curriculum in Aalen University and company’s associated with them. Faculty members will also be able to carry out research projects and their doctoral research at Aalen University.
