Reliance Jio Strengthens Leadership in Kerala; Revenue Market Share (AGR) Rises to 32.8%

KOCHI:
Reliance Jio continued to strengthen its leadership position in Kerala during FY 2025-26, recording robust growth in both revenue and subscriber additions, according to the latest data published by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Jio emerged as the leading telecom operator in Kerala on the important Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) market share metric, with its AGR Market Share (RMS) increasing to 32.8% in Q4 FY 2025-26. The growth in RMS reflects Jio’s continued success in enhancing customer value, expanding digital adoption and driving higher revenue contribution from its growing subscriber base.

The company’s AGR stood at ₹868.16 crore in Q4 FY 2025-26, compared with ₹796.59 crore in Q4 FY 2024-25, registering a year-on-year increase of ₹71.57 crore, or nearly 9% growth.

Jio also continued to strengthen its position in the customer market. During FY 2025-26, the company added more than 5 lakh customers across Kerala, including 3.53 lakh mobility subscribers and 1.51 lakh home broadband (fiber) customers. These additions contributed to a further improvement in Jio’s Customer Market Share (CMS), reinforcing its position as one of the preferred digital service providers in the state.

The strong performance was driven by growing adoption of Jio’s digital ecosystem, including mobile connectivity, Jio True 5G services, home broadband offerings and a range of digital platforms catering to consumers and businesses.

As Kerala accelerates its digital transformation journey, Reliance Jio remains focused on expanding next-generation connectivity, enhancing customer experience and delivering innovative digital services that empower individuals, households and enterprises across the state.
