Relief Extended to Retail Customers of Kerala State

MUMBAI;
With a view to extend reliefs to local population of Kerala state, severely hit by natural calamity, IDBI Bank has decided to extend home loans for extension and improvement / renovation of the existing property, balance transfer plus top up loans and internal top up loans at special concession of up to 15 bps on its card rates, Home loan concession will be available till December 31, 2018.

Bank will also not charge any processing fees on these loans as also waive margin requirement for loans up to Rs.5 lakh. Bank has also decided to extend other relief measures to the customers in Kerala viz need base moratorium of up to 1 year for housing loans and 6 months for education loans. Bank will reverse penalties /financial charges as cheque bounce charges, penal interest pertaining to delay /non-payment of EMI, etc.
Apart from the above, charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance /NEFT/RTGS etc has also been waived till October 31, 2018.
