Renault India, one of the fastest growing automotive brands in India, crossed the 1 lakh sales mark with cumulative sales of 1,11,387 units for the period Jan-Oct 2016. The company sold 35,736 units in the corresponding period last year, thereby posting a growth of 211.7%.
Renault India registered the monthly sales of 12,409 units in October 2016 as against 7,396 units in the corresponding month last year, thereby registering a
growth of 67.8%.
Together with a strong product offensive strategy, Renault has exponentially grown its presence in a short span of time in terms of sales and network expansion. From the current network strength of more than 250 outlets, Renault aims to increase its reach to 270 outlets by the end of 2016, making it one of the fastest ramp-ups by an automobile manufacturer in India. These efforts are further accentuated by a clear strategy to enhance the customer brand experience, with unique and pioneering customer oriented activities and several innovative marketing initiatives.
