SMFG India Credit Appoints Gaurav Terdal as Chief Human Resources Officer

MUMBAI:
SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd. (Formerly Fullerton India Credit Co. Ltd.) has announced the appointment of Gaurav Terdal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Gaurav’s primary responsibility will be to drive success through strategic HR leadership. He will report to Swaminathan Subramanian, Chief Operating Officer, SMFG India Credit.

Gaurav has worked with SMFG India Credit for 9 years in multiple stints, where he honed skills across diverse HR domains, such as Compensation, Business HR, Talent acquisition, HR systems, Payroll, and HR operations.

With over 19 years of experience across sectors like financial services, manufacturing & automobiles, Gaurav is strategically adept in tailoring talent management along with developing various HR strategies to fit the unique life cycle stages of the organization.

Gaurav holds a post graduate degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
