South Indian Bank Donates Ambulance to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Karuvanchal, Kannur

Under its CSR initiative, South Indian Bank has delivered an Ambulance with modern life-saving equipments to St. Joseph’s Hospital, Karuvanchal, Kannur.

Mar Joseph Pamplany, Metropolitan Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Tellicherry received the key from Anto George T, Chief General Manager – HR & Operations, South Indian Bank, in the presence of Fr. Antony Muthukunnel, Director, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Fr. Aneesh Abraham Manavath, Administrator, St. Joseph Hospital, Easwaran S, DGM & Regional Head – Kannur, South Indian Bank, Babulal P R, Cluster Head – Thaliparamba, South Indian Bank & Vishnu Sabari, Branch Head – Karuvanchal, South Indian Bank.

Commenting on the initiative, Anto George, Chief General Manager – HR & Operations, South Indian Bank said “The ambulance donation is a part of the South Indian Bank’s efforts to strengthen medical infrastructure in Kannur. This denotes our commitment to support the public healthcare. Our endeavour is to supplement the existing medical infrastructure by providing emergency and primary medical services to the needy people.”

St. Joseph’s Hospital has a legacy of 58 years in healthcare sector and offers easy access to medical facilities and caters to the medical needs of local residents, largely from the lower socioeconomic background.
