GURUGRAM:
SpiceJet, India’s favourite airline, has been honoured with a rating of an official ‘Four Star Low Cost Carrier 2021’ by APEX (The Airline Passenger Experience Association), based on independently verified, validated and certified airline passenger ratings after flights.
APEX is a global non-profit and one of the world’s largest international airline associations. Over the past year, APEX certified nearly one million flights rated by
passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world. The APEX Official Airline Ratings™ stands as the only airline rating program based solely on
independently verified passenger feedback. Airlines were honored at the APEX Award Ceremony during FTE APEX Virtual Expo on December 9. The awards were conducted by the International Flight Services Association (IFSA) and Future Travel Experience (FTE).
Ajay Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, SpiceJet said, “SpiceJet is honoured to receive this recognition and I am extremely thankful to all our passengers for the love and recognition we have received from them in such challenging times. This award belongs to each and every SpiceJetter who has worked relentlessly and selflessly during these very difficult times.”
SpiceJet continues to be ‘India’s favourite Airline’, consistently recording the highest passenger load factor amongst all airlines in the country.
