Startup Launches Ayurveda Consultation App at Arogya Expo

A digital healthcare platform that offers doctor-like consultation in Ayurveda and other traditional medicines is grabbing the attention of visitors at the ongoing 9th edition of the World Ayurveda Congress (WAC) & Arogya Expo here.

LYBL, the interactive and exclusive non-allopathic digital platform, can communicate with patients and generate recommendations with supplements suggestions and lifestyle instructions (diet & yoga). The supplements will be delivered at home after consultation.

Founded by Delhi-raised Sachin Nayyar, who is residing in Los Angeles now, the market launch of LYBL mobile app will be on Google Play Store and Apple Store in three months.

Nayyar said the mission of Lybl is to improve the health of the community in a digital way. “Our app will understand one’s disease through interaction, prescribe treatment procedures, and suggest supplements, which are produced by us,” he added.

LYBL is going to change the way healthcare getting delivered to masses via technology, data and platforms driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The startup, which has presence at Gurugram in Haryana and head-quartered in Los Angeles, is deeply rooted in traditional medicinal systems and an in-depth knowledge of the patient is needed to prescribe treatment.

More than 50 Ayurveda doctors have been hired to strengthen the framework of supplements, diet and Yoga to drive AI systems. Besides, live consultation video call facility with experts will also be available on the app.

As many as 200 stalls have been set up at the expo that is drawing a huge crowd, including delegates from India and abroad and school children.

The four-day conclave that concludes on Sunday is organised by World Ayurveda Foundation, an initiative of Vijnana Bharati, with the support of the Ministry of Ayush and Government of Goa.
