Jodhpur: Rajasthan High Court acquitted bollywood superstar Salman Khan in the Black Buck and Chinkara killing case, on Monday.
The news is agreat relief to the actor whose latest film ‘Sultan’ is making great news.
If the HC had upheld the lower court verdict against Salman, he would have had to undergo anything between a 1-year and 5-year jail term. Salman had already spent some time in the jail after the lower court verdict against him.
The case is related to the killing of a black buck and a chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998. Salman had gone hunting during the shooting of the film ‘Hum Sath sath hai’.
