The offerings balance timeless heritage classics such as Ada Pradhaman, Palada Payasam, and Parippu Payasam alongside creative fusion choices like Butterscotch Banana Payasam. Health-conscious diners can choose from options featuring Red Rice Aval with Dates, Tender Coconut paired with Chia Seeds, and Broken Wheat blended with Quinoa.

Recognizing the festive demand from workplaces, the property has also launched specialized corporate Onam packages starting at ₹1,500 plus taxes per person for groups of 50 or more. Designed for team outings, the corporate offerings include dedicated event venues, traditional floral carpet setups for group photography, custom welcome drinks, and an authentic banana leaf banquet.
