THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The semi-finals of the Technopark Premier League (TPL), the country’s largest IT-sector cricket tournament, and the Technopark Women’s Cricket League (TWCL) will start in the first week of June at Technopark here.
Favourite Homes TPL 2026 and TWCL 2026 are organised by Prathidhwani, the welfare organization of IT employees at Technopark.
A total of 174 teams are participating in the men’s category (TPL) while 24 teams are competing in the women’s category (TWCL) of the four-month-long 8-over-a-side tennis ball cricket tournament.
Real estate major Favourite Homes is the partner for TPL 2026.
H&R Block Blues will take on H&R Block Green in the first match of the semi–finals while Infosys Reds will compete with UST Blue in the second.
As per the TWCL 2026 semi-finals line up, Trinfy Mavericks (Infosys) will lock horns with Guidehouse White and TCS Whites will face UST GCC in the second semi.
QBurst was the winner in the men’s category of the last edition of TPL, while Infosys lifted the women’s trophy.
Since its first edition in 2001, TPL has become the country’s largest IT-sector sporting event due to the overwhelming participation of teams from IT companies in Technopark, India’s first IT Park.
