Ajith Kumar, Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Chief Operating Officer of Technopark-based Testhouse, a global leader in quality engineering solutions, has been named the CHRO of the Year in the Business Leader of the Year Awards at the 35th World HRD Congress & Awards 2026 held in Mumbai.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B), Ajith has over 25 years of experience across global enterprises, including IBM, Lenovo and UST Global. At Testhouse, he holds a dual responsibility for human capital strategy and operational execution.
