THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Prathidhwani, the welfare and recreation forum of IT employees at Technopark, has launched a free job portal for employers to hire the best talent in Kerala’s IT ecosystem.
The job portal, https://jobs.prathidhwani.org/, is a dedicated recruitment platform designed to help employers connect with skilled IT professionals across Kerala. It has been built to strengthen the state’s IT ecosystem by creating meaningful opportunities for both employers and job seekers.
Employers can create and publish job opportunities easily on the web portal through just a few steps. They can access an active dashboard to view, track and manage applications for each vacancy in one place.
Through the portal, companies can connect with professionals from Kerala’s leading IT hubs, including Technopark, Infopark, Cyberpark, and beyond.
Job postings will be shared through Prathidhwani’s WhatsApp network of myriad members across Kerala. There will be no subscription fee for using the platform, created by the IT community for its peers.
Startups, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and established enterprises can use the portal to meet their recruitments.
