UST Global Wins ‘Employer of the Year’ Stevie Gold Award

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
UST Global, a leading digital technology services company, has won the prestigious Stevie Gold Award for ‘Employer of the Year’ (computer services) in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers competition.
The company’s internal communication practices were recognized with UST also winning a Gold Stevie for ‘Achievement in Internal Communication’. In addition, the company also received the Bronze Stevie Award for ‘Achievement in HR technology’ for the design, development, deployment, and/or administration of HR-related systems or technologies.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, September 22, 2017. More than 50 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
Manu Gopinath, Chief People Officer, UST Global, said on the occasion, “These awards are a testament to UST Global’s effective people practices, transparent work culture and belief in the power of constant and innovative communication.”
“The judges were impressed with the quality of entries we received in the second annual Stevie Award for Great Employers. The dedication these Stevie-winning organizations have to providing great workplaces for employees was evident in each nomination,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
