THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Zafin, an AI platform company for regulated institutions, is set to host the second edition of Zafin RISE, its flagship wellness and community run, at Technopark Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram, on August 16.
Anu Kumari, District Collector, Thiruvananthapuram, will flag off Zafin RISE 2026 at 6 am. Arun Vijayan, Director, Commerce & Industries and Managing Director, KSIDC, will give away the prizes and felicitate the winners of Zafin RISE 2026.
With the theme “AI for Good: Powering a Healthier Future,” Zafin RISE 2026 will bring together technology, wellness and community, while spotlighting how responsible innovation can contribute to healthier people and stronger communities.
The event will feature three categories—10 km Endurance Run, 5 km Challenge Run and 2 km Family Fun Run — welcoming everyone from seasoned runners and fitness enthusiasts to professionals, students, families, children and beginners.
Participants will run through in and around the Technopark and Kazhakkoottam area, with hydration points, energy zones, music and cheering zones adding to the experience along the route.
Zafin RISE is part of company’s broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitment, supporting sustainable impact in the communities where it operates.
Through the initiative, Zafin, which has its Thiruvananthapuram office at Technopark Phase III, aims to bring together the technology ecosystem and the wider community around healthier living and collective action.
