The event was inaugurated by Dr. Malini V. Shankar, Director General of Shipping, at 9.30 am on 3 rd August 2018. The function will be presided by Madhu S. Nair, Chairman & Managing Director, Cochin Shipyard Ltd., in the presence of Rear Admiral SN Alamanda VSM, Admiral Superintendent, NSRY, Kochi.
DIMS-2018 will bring together eminent speakers and scholars engaged in the maritime sector from India and around the world.
