Aangan Down Town Restaurant functioning at Civil Lane Road, Palarivattom, will run Aangan Signature Food Festival from 22 nd to 30 th October 2016.
The festival will display food for the Malayali taste buds which is prepared using special reci
Pollichattu, Prawns and Squids.
There will also be a spread of Naadan fish curries including Chemmeen Koorka Varattiyathu and Chemeen Parippu Thalichathu. Another favourite combination of Aangan is Mutton Ulliperalan, Kappadu Koonthal Varaval with Appam Butter Sose.
According to Asha Ashok, proprietor of Aangan Down Town Restaurant, around 70 per ent of the food products used in the restaurant are produced from their own farm.
Prawns from Kumbalangi Kandakadavu and fish farms will reach the table of the food loving people at Aangan. To ensure that no artificial foods grains are used to prepare food, it is procured directly from the farmers.
Another attractive dish at Aangan is the Italian dish Prawns Alio Olio. There are also a good crowd for Aangan Special Strawberry Mili Rose and Kiwi Green mocktail drinks. Apart from the combination dishes, non veg thali meals with nine veg, one fish curry and chicken 65 are served at Rs 120 daily, said Aangan Down Town managing director Ajay Ashik.
The restaurant has the facility to park 40 cars, party hall, free wifi, kids play area and free home delivery.
