KOCHI:
Security in and around CIAL convention centre has been beefed up in the wake of “Heart Beats 2019”, AHA approved the mega CPR training programme for school students in Ernakulam District. There will also be traffic regulation from 6 am to 6 pm. Area near Kaladi bridge, service road in front of the airport, old road ROB have been declared no parking zone.
The mega CPR training programme involving 35000 students from 350 schools in the district is jointly organized by the IMA Kochi Chapter, District Legal Service Authority and Ernakulam District Administration with the support of Angels International Foundation.
Justice C K Abdul Rahim will inaugurate Heart Beats. District Legal Service Authority chairman and District Sessions Judge Dr Kausar Edappagath will preside over the inaugural function. Dr M I Junaid Rahman, vice chairman of the event will speak about the objective of the event. Heart Beats 2019 will find its place in the Guinness Book of Records and in the Best of India Records. It is first time a massive CPR training event of this kind is being organized in Kerala.
