KOCHI:
Prof. Dr. Aviral Kumar Tiwari, Associate Professor of Economics at the Rajagiri Business School Kochi Kerala, who appeared recently for the 2nd consecutive time in the single year in the list of top 2% scientists in the world and who has maintained the topmost position in India in Economics, has also been featured in the career-long list for the first time. From India in the domain of Economics, he is the only one. This list is prepared by Stanford University, California and Elsevier BV, a Netherlands-based publishing company.
Adding another feather in his cap, he has been appointed as Research Fellow at C-EENRG, in the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge, for three years which is renewable. C-EENRG stands for Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance. CEENRG fellows are lawyers, economists, political scientists, historians, natural scientists and engineers that together provide an integrated prism
required to understand environmental, energy and natural resource governance.
Several of them occupy positions in other centres and research groups across the University of Cambridge and in other institutions, a feature which highlights C-EENRG’s commitment to explore synergies among different centres of expertise within Cambridge and beyond.
